You can have as much as you like at the Grands Buffets!
After the starters (foie gras, smoked salmon, seafood, salads, charcuterie, Spanish, Scandinavian and Moroccan specialities), after the roasts (suckling pig, spare rib of pork, farmhouse poultry, shoulder of lamb, king prawns, foie gras a la plancha), you will eventually find yourself at the dessert buffet.
And once there, how will you be able to decide if you want a traditional dessert (Paris Brest, Black Forest Gateau, Tart Tatin, Rum Baba, Eclair, Saint Honoré…), an exotic dessert (Mantecados, Gazelle Horns), a refreshing dessert (green apple sorbet, Bourbon vanilla sorbet…), an original dessert (Malabar ice-cream, lavender ice-cream, violet ice-cream…), a regional dessert (Ardèche tart, Bordeaux cannele…) or a pancake…
A bit of advice: before I pitch into the starters, I always take a look at the dessert buffet; it can help to choose the rest.
