THE 10 PLEDGES OF THE GRANDS BUFFETS

1 – The Grands Buffets pledges to offer all its wines to take away at producer prices.

2 - The Grands Buffets pledges to serve wine by the glass for no extra cost.

3 - The Grands Buffets pledges to offer magnums with no surcharge.

4 - The Grands Buffets pledges to offer exclusively wines of the Languedoc-Roussillon.

5 - The Grands Buffets pledges to offer prize-winning wines or wines praised in specialist revues (Parker, Bettane & Desseauve, Hachette, etc).

6 - The Grands Buffets pledges to serve wine with a meal at producer prices.

7 - The Grands Buffets pledges to sparkling wines for a celebration exclusively from the Languedoc-Roussillon to prove that they are as good as those from the great French regions.

8 - The Grands Buffets pledges to allow customers to take unfinished bottles away with them and provide the corks and packaging.

9 - The Grands Buffets pledges to take part in local events such as Toques & Clochers and Les Vendanges du Cœur by buying purchasing whole barrels.

10 - The Grands Buffets pledges to keep up a selection of 20 (twenty) wines by the glass for customers to discover the greatest Languedoc-Roussillon vintages.

The Grands Buffets hereby intends to be an honorary ambassador of Languedoc vines and wines, to advertise the painstaking work of its dedicated winemakers and to keep a wine list that is a true guide to the excellence of Languedoc-Roussillon vineyards.
